“Simply captivating…”
- Onstage Amsterdam
Amsterdam-based theatre maker, writer, and performer
What I’m working on
Based in Amsterdam, Lauren is a performer, playwright, and producer. She has 30 years of experience in both America and in Europe in theatre, musicals, storytelling, improvisational comedy, and burlesque. She’s performed across the Netherlands and in Edinburgh Fringe Festival to a full-house run and 4-star review.
Most recently, she produced a show for the International Documentary Film Festival that uses AI and smartphone technology to tell the story of our ancestors through the generations (let’s make AI babies!) Additionally, she’s been hosting variety/cabaret shows in Amsterdam, and is a producer for the Erasmus Prize Award Ceremony. His Majesty the King is Patron. Her next performance is at the Gothenburg Fringe Festival in Sweden, where she’ll be hosting her variety and cabaret shows.
She aims to produce shows that challenge traditional narratives and blend different artistic mediums.
What I'm working on
I’ll be bringing two types of variety shows to the Gothenburg Fringe Festival in Sweden this year! September 5th and 6th. Catch Trash Tarot’s Chaotic Cabaret and What the F*ck Women, the variety show NEXT.
